All purchases are one time credit purchases. We do not offer recurring subscriptions.

Credits once purchased are generally non refundable

There is a technical issue preventing service usage
A payment was made in error (duplicate transaction)

3. Non Refundable Cases

We do NOT provide refunds for:

Used or partially used credits

Dissatisfaction with generated results

Failure to understand how the platform works
