At Dalle 4 AI, we offer digital services through a credit based system.
1. No Subscription
All purchases are one-time credit purchases. We do not offer recurring subscriptions.
2. Refund Eligibility
Credits once purchased are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered if:
- There is a technical issue preventing service usage
- A payment was made in error (duplicate transaction)
3. Non Refundable Cases
We do NOT provide refunds for:
- Used or partially used credits
- Dissatisfaction with generated results
- Failure to understand how the platform works

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with:
- Payment details
- Issue description
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
